外源施用多胺对烟草叶片甲醛吸收和抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘 要:

用4 mmol•L-1甲醛溶液处理离体烟草叶片, 分析分别施用精胺或亚精胺时对烟草叶片甲醛吸收效率、叶片过氧化生理指标以及抗氧化酶POD、CAT、SOD和APX活性的影响。结果表明: 外源施用多胺显著提高烟草叶片吸收甲醛的效率, 在甲醛溶液中添加100 μmol•L-1精胺或200 μmol•L-1亚精胺时, 烟草叶片的甲醛吸收效率提高18%~20%。多胺的添加不仅延缓甲醛胁迫下烟草叶片中叶绿素的降解, 而且对叶片中MDA和H2O2的积累有一定的抑制作用。此外, 外源施用多胺还显著提高甲醛胁迫下烟草叶片中CAT、APX和POD的活性, 但SOD活性变化不明显。这说明多胺增强烟草叶片的甲醛吸收效率可能通过多胺对抗氧化酶活性的调控来实现。

Effects of exogenous application of polyamine on formaldehyde absorption and antioxidant enzymes activity in tobacco leaves

Abstract:

Effects of exogenous spermine or spermidine on absorption of formaldehyde (HCHO), physiological indexes of peroxidation and the activities of POD, CAT, SOD and APX were investigated in detached tobacco leaves treated with 4 mmol•L-1 HCHO solution. The results showed that the application of exogenous polyamine can improve the HCHO absorption efficiency, and the HCHO absorption efficiency was increased by 18%–20% after addition of 100 μmol•L-1 spermine or 200 μmol•L-1 spermidine in HCHO solution. The application of exogenous polyamine not only delayed the degradation of chlorophyll but also inhibited the accumulation of MDA and H2O2 in leaves under HCHO stress. Moreover, the application of exogenous polyamine significantly increased the activities of CAT, APX and POD in tobacco leaves while the activity of SOD was not obviously changed. These results indicated that polyamine enhanced HCHO absorption in tobacco leaves via regulation of antioxidant enzyme activities.
